TAKE ACTION

Take Action for Georgia’s Libraries

Parents and voters across Georgia are the first line of defense for strong, fully funded, uncensored libraries.
Alliance for Georgia Libraries makes it simple to plug in.

Our mission is to:
support positive legislation, oppose harmful bills, engage Georgia communities, champion inclusivity and equity, and strengthen the entire library ecosystem from school to public to academic and special libraries.

1. Sign the Library Pledge

Raise a hand and stay in the loop. When library issues heat up, we will send clear, simple steps you can take.

  • Protect the freedom to read and learn

  • Stand with library professionals and users across the state

2. Contact Your Lawmakers

Lawmakers hear from organized groups every day; they need to hear from library users too.
